Johns & Associates, Inc. is a family owned and independently operated Franchise of Four Seasons Sunrooms since 1999. Greg and Joanne Johns are the owners and care about each and every customer and will be there throughout the construction from start to completion. We understand it’s a large investment and you deserve the best quality glass and overall product. We treat each and every customer the way we expect to be treated. It’s a wonderful feeling when we complete a sunroom addition and see our customers beam with pride. That alone makes it all worthwhile.

We offer complete in-home design and installation from permits and foundation to drywall and flooring. We can do as much or as little as you require. We can just build a Four Seasons Sunroom or completely change the feel of your home by opening it and letting the sunlight into your existing living space.

We are insured and licensed and take pride in our work and customer satisfaction. We have combined Four Seasons Sunrooms experience of over 20 years with courteous, experienced installation crews. We are a member of the Better Business Bureau and PRO (Professional Remodelers of Ohio).

In 2005 Johns & Associates, Inc. won the Four Seasons Sunroom Of The Year Award in the mid-continent for aluminum Sun & Stars room. The achievement was for outstanding sunroom design and construction.

Because of our exclusive glass construction, a Four Seasons Sunroom is a true 365-day-a-year glass addition.

Four Seasons exclusive patented CONSERVAGLASSTM is covered against breakage and any manufactures defect for the lifetime of your Four Seasons Sunroom. The warranty not only covers the original purchaser but also is transferable to new owners. This warranty provides for 100 percent glass material replacement for 20 years from the time of complete installation excluding install

Johns & Associates, Inc. has many installation options available to you:

TURNKEY – Johns & Associates, Inc. trained and skilled crews completed your sunroom project from start to completion. We do it all: plans, permits, installations, drywall, electrical, etc.

Customer Participation – Johns & Associates, Inc. crews complete part of the work; the customer provides the labor for the rest. This is established on an individual basis. For example, customers may have construction knowledge and experience and want to complete some of the work themselves.

Do-It-Yourself Kits – Sunrooms can be purchased as complete kits with a detailed Four Seasons Installation Manual. Johns & Associates, Inc. can provide an installer by the hour to provide assistance as needed.

Re-glazing - (glass replacement) – Four Seasons can provide CONSERVAGLASSTM for re-glazing older Four Seasons Sunrooms with our new glass technology. We have expertise in repairing and re-glazing existing Four Seasons Sunrooms.

Re-sealing - Cleaning and resealing of horizontal and vertical cross members to prevent leaking and prolong glass seal.

Window Cleaning - We offer window-cleaning service for your sunroom and/or all the windows in your home.

Financing - Convenient financing options with low monthly payments through GE Money.

Vinyl Replacement Windows

Complete Kitchen Remodeling including:

The exclusive and proprietary coating is produced under ISO 9001-certified designation from the International Organization of Standards.

In addition, Four Seasons structural frames are all 100 percent thermally broken to stop the transfer of outside temperatures to inside surfaces.
